only realising in week 2 of 'pushing through the outwardly facing stuff' that the illness was likely COVID, and it would be called the US version !!!!!!! never so many boxes of lemsip, paracetamol and tissues and marvelling and the body's ability/process to/of fight/ing infection... oh the joys

interesting that it all seemed to coincide with a caffeine detox process :)
