Christmas 2023 - Listening
Have tea flask (new one) - Will travel. Just not so far this year. The plan to visit Sherwood Forest put on hold. Listening to physical and mental messages being transmitted, A mind and body response to a month of little sleep... Giving myself permission to change the direction of travel. This decision making the unseen, but obvious, lesson learned. The discovery central to this particular walking adventure... Observe what is close, Acknowledge the value held there, Hear all that makes up the view, Include yourself, and examine closely the detail, and always, make time for tea...
